Along with wanting to improve on and learn more leadership skills along the while on my time here. Becoming a Commander will allow me to better hone my skills and let me work with others much more easily. Plus being able to command respect from others would be great honor especially if they get to know me more. As a Commander I would be able to create my own group of ideal troopers and mold them to be how I see fit. Lastly I want to become the ARC Commander to help training with other regiments and potientaly scout troopers from other regiments during said training excercises which for said person would be an awesome experience for them and motivate the others to want to work harder. What does your Battalion do? (3 sentence minimum):ARC are capable of completing difficult tasks alone. Some examples of this are Recon and infiltration which are both complex and dangerous tasks that would be compromised if done by to large of a group.Another thing ARC excel at is teaching and training their other brothers how to become more efficient and deadly in their roles serving the Republic. What makes a good leader? (5 sentence minimum):I enjoy working closely with my squadmates. Along getting to know and improve upon my soldiers skills. I am always happy to take criticism after doing an Op to learn and make sure I don't make the same mistake twice. Training is also an important factor to making sure troops are at an acceptable level in my regiments and enjoy daily PT and simulations. Lastly my ability to get to know and talk closely to others allows me to understand what my troops need and want to do allowing for a comfortable enviroment for players. How much play time do you have on the server?:Currently about an hour since launch  Are you currently Commander on any other server?:I am not a Commander on any other server. When you take on the role of being a Commander you should be as active as you can do you agree to be as active as possible?:I am more than happy to be active on the server. When you don't meet expectations of being a Commander you may be removed do you agree?:I understand that subpar leadership will warrant a demotion.
