A battalion without a commander, halts the battalion from being able to acquire a successor. I am mature, I know star wars lore, and I have owned many communities and been commander on many communities such as Zephyr and Repo Gaming. I want to become a commander on this server to become an example commander for other future commanders. To show a commander how they should truly act. The 501st should not suffer because the current commander doesn't care for it. (3 sentence minimum): The 501st was a Legion known for its elite status, tactical precision, and front line assaults. It also took part in covert operations under the Galactic Republic to boost Chancellor Palpatines morale. The 501st Legion was made up of Jango Fett clones, under the command of General Anakin Skywalker, and Captain Rex they were precise in combat and could obtain victory even when outnumbered. The 501st Legion was most notibly recognised for their prestigious actions and their popularity.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]What makes a good leader? (5 sentence minimum): Being a good leader is not about how loud and how much you can yell at your troopers. Thats not a leader, its an idiot. A good leader is someone who can train their soldiers, and help them grow as a trooper through physical training, simulations, and discipline. Being a good leader is about noticing what your troopers do. Using proper disciplinary actions against a trooper who does not work at satisfactory conditions. Being a good leader is about being there for your troopers and leading them by example. Being not only a leader, but a friend to your troopers. Getting to know your troopers is the most important step in becoming a good leader. When a leader knows their trooper, they can help them recover and become a better trooper by trianing them to get rid of old habbits that they used to have. Not knowing your troopers, makes you not able to train them the best way possible, because you don't know what to train on. Running through basic training routines with all of your troopers can only help in the meantime, but not all training excersizes help a trooper grow from everything. Thats why you need to know a trooper to be a good leader. Also being a good leader means you aren't soft. I have also been Emperor Palpatine, and Darth Vader. I have commanded as Ahsoka Tano and General Skywalker before in my time as well. Also being General Grievous, and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
