I also want to be the Commander, because I feel it is my duty as the highest ranking 5th fleet to step into my Predecessor's shoes. Then start where he left off in the Community. leading on to another reason, I feel that my experience as 5th Fleet Commanders in the past will really contribute to a better overall order on the Server. Not because it makes the Leader look good but because if A bunch of troops see that their leader is Confident then they will be confident and try their hardest. Next I feel that integrity would be Really Important in a leader. Because Integrity is The basis of Our Morals are and Morals is a very important thing in a leader. Last I want to say that Communication is A key component to a strong Relationship with a leaders troops.
